What carbon is used in the process - as in specifically which tubes?
Formigli tubes are produced custom for us, but we also use standard tubes from Z 115-Z108 series. The carbon we use for all the custom and most of the standard tubes is Toray T700 S UDPP high Modulus uni and bi directional, made stiffer with a nanotechnology procedure.
What carbon is used in the wrapping and welding/molding?
For the banding procedure we use 3k high modulus carbon
What impact tests are completed on the bikes to meet international standards and what are the results?
The impact test are made by the Industrial and Technical Institute Malignani of Udine, following the UNI EN 14781 rules
What type of clear coat is used?
The transparent we use is acrylic bicomponent, the same used for motorcycles and cars. In detail we use the same transparent use by Ducati.
