Asiel is built with high modulus carbon fiber. We have developed a method of binding inside a vacuum to create what was once only a dream: a custom carbon frame created in the same manner as steel and aluminum. The result gives Asiel an aesthetical effect similar to monocoque and a superior strength to any other gluing method. Asiel fits every person perfectly, without any weight or height restrictions. This allows Asiel to be produced in any size, with traditional or customized head and seat tube angles and either an integrated or non integrated seat post. By taking critical measurements your fit technician is able to give Formigli a precise guide used to design your frame. Unlike an off the shelf frameset, you will have a frame that was designed and built only for you. Whereas many other carbon frames are made from monolayer carbon the Asiel is made from 6 layer carbon.
The Asiel is fine-tuned for specific strength to withstand pedaling forces, while allowing flexibility in the right places, for shock absorption, to ensure a smooth ride.
