Cancellation and Refund Policy This policy pertains to both online and face-to-face programs.

1. Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

Up to 48 hrs from exact time of order placement: 100%, less a 10% administrative processing fee, sent via check;

There will be no exceptions to this cancellation deadline
          
2. All refunds will incur a 10% administrative processing fee.

3. Refunds will be processed as they are received.  All refunds will be processed by sending a check.  Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.

4. Refunds for purchases after the 48 hour time period will not be offered.  If frameset is deemed defective within the 2 year warranty, Formigli will review, repair if found defective and return frameset.

2 year warranty covers all things that are involved in the manufacturing of the frameset and shipping process.  Warranty does not cover accidents, misuse of the bicycle or any other events from user error.  

Cancellations must be received by email and must be received by the cancellation deadline. The received time stamp of the email will be used to determine compliance with cancellation deadline. Click here to cancel order within your 48 hour order window
